Evidence types are counted separately.

A crawler request is not a citation, and a brand mention is not a displayed source URL. This page keeps each signal in its own evidence lane.

Direct answer

AI Growth Bench currently has verified search discovery and historical crawler access, but very little traffic. The current Search Console snapshot recorded 189 property-level impressions, 237 URL impressions, and 0 clicks from 2026-08-05 through 2026-09-01. The fixed 30-check baseline is complete: 3 answers mentioned AI Growth Bench and 2 displayed an aigrowthbench.com source, all for the branded definition prompt. The other 27 non-brand cells produced no mention or citation. No AI referral session has been verified. The September 14 retest will use the same prompts and engines instead of converting readiness scores or crawler logs into visibility claims.

The property-level total is 189 impressions. Page-dimension rows represent 237 URL impressions because more than one site URL can appear in one search result. Query-only rows represent 54 impressions, while 21 visible query-page pairs represent 56 URL impressions; Google also omits some low-volume queries for privacy. These measures are shown separately instead of being reconciled artificially.

What counts as a verified citation?

The captured answer must show a source relationship that can be audited. For this benchmark, the strongest form is an exact displayed URL on aigrowthbench.com. A response that names the brand without a visible source remains a mention. Similar wording without a visible source is not upgraded to a citation.

Why are crawler visits separate?

Crawler visits show that an engine or assistant can retrieve a page. They do not show that the page appeared in an answer, was cited, or sent a visitor. This separation keeps technical readiness useful without turning access logs into outcome claims.
